Four audience members suffered injuries on Sunday night when Rolland Sands plowed into the crowd after losing control of his Hooligan race bikes. Sands was riding the bike on stage between concerts at the Buffalo Chip Campground in Sturgis when a malfunction occurred and he drove off the stage and into the crowd. The four people were given
