Quick update on HB 429 Criminal Gang Membership bill.
Right now HB 429 is active and pending in the Legislature, secificaly sitting in the Florida House Judiciary Committee after moving out of its first committee.
Contact your local representatives and tell them you are against this bill.
It is no longer “tabled” in the permanent sense – that procedural pause under House Rule 7.18(a) was temporary and was followed by a referral to the next committee.
