THE LIFE IS NUTS BIKERNET WEEKLY NEWS—for November 5th, 2026

This illustration will be in the next issue. We are asking our leaders to deliver again!

Hey,

Wow, the elections went all wrong or did they? There is so much 3rd world corruption in our government, who knows if any elections are honest.

But now what? Who the fuck knows, but here at Bikernet we will never give up or give in on Freedom, Honesty and integrity. Here are some recent comments from Michael Shellenberger’s Public Substack:

Online misogyny causes sexual violence, say governments. But the science doesn’t support such claims. Now, a new investigation reveals that mining titan Twiggy Forrest, who receives millions in subsidies, spent millions to pass censorship legislation.

Riots in Germany, declining property values in Portland, and South Africa’s crumbling infrastructure all have distinct causes, say the media. In truth, they all have one root cause: left-wing policies and ideology. The media, for its part, is complicit in the grand deception.

Whether Democrats take one or two houses of Congress, they and the media are about to pull off one of the most brilliant psychological operations in recent memory: convincing millions of swing voters they had moderated on trans.

Talarico made national headlines when he went on Fox to say he would oppose trans athletes in girls’ sports “if it risks safety or fairness.” Four days later, a woman posing as a supporter secretly recorded him saying, “my position hasn’t changed,” after she asked him to defend her trans-identified nephew’s ability to compete in girls’ sports. The media buried or ignored it.

On “60 Minutes,” El-Sayed called concerns over boys in girls’ sports a manufactured culture war issue meant to distract from high prices and said he was “not running to govern sports,” without ever saying he opposed it.

Every Senate Democrat present, including Ossoff, voted in March 2025, and again in March 2026, to block legislation that would have banned males from female sports. Sherrod Brown cast the same vote in 2021 and 2024. Peltola cast it in the House in 2023. None since have promised to vote differently in the future.

Meanwhile, Roy Cooper vetoed a bill that would have banned males in female sports, Josh Turek voted against Iowa’s 2025 health budget, which barred Medicaid from paying for surgeries or cross-sex hormones, and then ran an ad saying he is “against taxpayers paying for sex changes,” and Ed Markey made his support for transgenderism central to his campaign and defeated his moderate opponent Seth Moulton by 65% to 35% in the Massachusetts Senate primary.

One can only appreciate how brilliant the Democrats/media psyop was when you consider that 71% of the public opposes trans medical procedures for minors and 79% oppose males in female sports.

Even the share of Democrats who favor getting males out of female sports rose from 37% in 2022 to 45% in 2025, while the percentage of Democrats who believe changing one’s gender is morally acceptable declined 11 points between 2025 and 2026.

Republicans spent at least $183 million on ads attacking the Democrats on trans, which is at least $30 million more than they spent at the same point in 2024.

It wasn’t enough to overcome one of the Democrats’ most successful deception operations after over a decade of hugely consequential ones (e.g., Russiagate hoax, Charlottesville, BLM, Hunter Biden laptop, climate, Covid, etc.)

There you have it. Let’s hit the news. We have work to do and Easyriders will play a part.

Let’s hit the news…

EASYRIDERS 5-BALL RACING BONNEVILLE 2027 PLANS–We discussed Wind Tunnels Recently, then Berry Wardlaw of Accurate Engineering reached out. I thought I would check to see if there were any wind tunnels near Sturgis. Here’s the answer from Grok: No, there are no wind tunnels specifically available for racers in or immediately near South Dakota.Specialized automotive/motorsports wind tunnels (with features like moving ground planes/rolling roads for realistic underbody and wheel simulation) are concentrated in other U.S. regions, mainly the Midwest/East (e.g., Indiana, Michigan, Ohio) and NASCAR country in North Carolina. South Dakota and nearby states like Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota do not appear to have public or commercial facilities suitable for full- or scale-model race car aerodynamic testing.Closest Relevant Options for RacersThese are the most practical for independent or team racers (full-scale or scale models):

Auto Research Center (ARC) — Indianapolis, IN (~650–750 miles from central/eastern South Dakota)

Moving-ground wind tunnel for up to 50% scale models of race cars, production vehicles, etc. It includes automated model motion (pitch, roll, yaw, etc.) and is geared toward motorsports. Minimum bookings apply.

Address: 4012 Championship Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46268

Phone: 317-291-8600

Website: arcindy.com

A2 Wind Tunnel — Mooresville, NC (farther, ~1,100–1,200+ miles)

More affordable full-scale open-return tunnel for cars, motorcycles, bikes, and other vehicles. Speeds up to ~85 mph; force/pressure data, flow visualization. Often used by independent racers, land-speed efforts, and sportsman teams. Pricing historically starts around $595/hour.

Address: 117 Godspeed Ln, Mooresville, NC

Phone: (704) 799-1001

Website: a2wt.com

Windshear — Concord, NC (similar distance to A2)

High-end full-scale rolling-road facility (up to 180 mph) used heavily by NASCAR, IndyCar, and other professional teams. More premium/professional-oriented.

Honda HALO (Honda Automotive Laboratories of Ohio) — East Liberty, OH (~800–900 miles)

Modern full-scale facility (up to ~190 mph) with rolling-road options. Primarily for Honda/Acura but designed to be available to third parties, including racing teams.

Other manufacturer tunnels exist in the Detroit area (Ford’s 200 mph rolling-road facility, Stellantis/GM sites in Michigan), but these are generally not open to independent racers the way ARC, A2, or Windshear are.Notes

A former full-scale public option in Ogden, Utah (Darko Technologies), was popular with land-speed racers heading to Bonneville but appears to have closed years ago due to facility/landlord issues.

For many racers, especially smaller teams, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software is a common (and often more accessible) alternative or complement to physical wind-tunnel time.

Availability, pricing, minimum session lengths, and exact capabilities change—contact the facilities directly for current schedules and rates.

There you have it.

THE CLIMATE EMERGENCY IS BACK!?–Democratic Party Gains in U.S. Midterms Revive UN’s Climate Agenda on Eve of COP31!

Gore’s Climate Reality: “Climate should be one of their first priorities” of New Congress

Morano travels to Turkey for UN COP31 Climate Summit Nov 9

Marc Morano heads to Turkey for UN Climate Summit COP31: “Just when you think you’re out — the U.S. midterm elections pull us back into the climate agenda. We are now at a crossroads in the climate change debate, which has been formally going on since the UN started its climate panel in 1988.

Decades of failure culminated in Donald Trump leading the world and rejecting the UN climate agenda. But the midterm elections are a major shot in the arm to the climate globalists’ plan to foist their anti-human and unscientific agenda back on the world.”

The UN climate summit, COP31, kicks off next week in Antalya, Türkiye — November 9-20 — after the Democratic Party’s huge midterm wins. Once again, I’ll attend the annual climate confab with CFACT (The Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow), ready to challenge the agenda head-on and address renewed excitement from the UN and climate activists over the U.S. midterm results.

The 31st United Nations Climate Change Conference, or COP31, is energized by the perceived revival of the climate crusade following the midterm election results.  The media is already declaring that ‘climate change’ is BACK in the USA due to the midterms. The environmental publication Grist boasted on November 4, 2206, that the Democratic Party midterm wins will have “profound consequences for climate action in the U.S.” “Democrats could make the Trump administration spend money on the climate,” Grist explained.

Former Vice President Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project was giddy the day after the midterm elections. Gore’s group’s first stated agenda item was to “connect with newly elected officials and tell them climate should be one of their first priorities.” “Yesterday, millions of Americans went to the polls with our future on the line,” Climate Reality wrote in a mass email to supporters.

The Democratic Socialists of America and their radical green allies are now in power and poised to reverse the Trump climate smackdown.

Climate-focused Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island gushed, “It’s a bright new morning in America.”

This will be my 22nd (19 COPs & two UN Earth Summits – Johannesburg, South Africa in 2002 & Rio, Brazil in 2012) appearance in person at the past 24 international UN climate and environmental summits.

BIKERNET GUN NUT NEWS– Trump’s Gun Rights Policies Making America Safe Again

“Crime’s way down thanks to Trump — Dems will fight to send it back up,” warns an editorial in the N.Y. Post. “Law-and-order works. Immigration enforcement works. And — like it or not — Trump’s policies, including ICE, are making America safe again.” As our alerts have repeated time and again, focusing on the actual criminals rather than on law-abiding citizens yields the best return in public safety.

As votes are now being cast nationwide, one influential voting bloc is drawing renewed attention: America’s hunters, sportsmen, and sportswomen. With millions of hunters and outdoor enthusiasts representing a significant political constituency, candidates and political organizations are increasingly recognizing what the National Rifle Association has long understood: that the sportsman’s vote matters and can make a difference in determining the outcome of closely contested elections.

For hunters especially, the stakes extend well beyond any single election. Across the country, political campaigns and advocacy organizations are working to engage hunters, recognizing their role in competitive congressional and statewide races. And for good reason. Hunters represent a politically engaged group whose interests span a broad range of important policy issues including public lands, hunting access, wildlife management, conservation issues, and the long-lasting preservation of traditional hunting opportunities.

But a critically important consideration that should unite all hunters regardless of where they live, what they hunt, or what firearm they carry into the field is that gun control is a hunting issue, too. All of these issues are shaped by political decisions. Often the debate over firearm restrictions is framed as though certain types of hunters have little reason to be concerned. A hunter who carries a bolt action rifle or muzzleloader may believe restrictions targeting semi-automatic firearms have little relevance to their hunting traditions, but nothing could be further from the truth.

The same political movement that seeks to prohibit commonly owned semi-automatic firearms also supports restrictions on all firearm purchases, ammunition types, and in general, lawful gun ownership. The Second Amendment does not distinguish between hunters based on their preferred firearm nor should the defense of our constitutional freedoms.

Whether the significant advancements for hunters made under President Trump’s administration will be preserved for future generations largely depends on the outcome of this week’s elections as well as in 2028. The Trump administration has demonstrated a significant commitment to protecting and expanding opportunities for America’s hunters and sportsmen, from prioritizing access to public lands and supporting wildlife conservation to advancing policies that recognize the importance of America’s outdoor heritage.

These accomplishments are significant, but their lasting impact is far from guaranteed if elected officials who are indifferent, or even openly hostile, to hunting and Second Amendment rights are elected. Policies established today can easily be reversed or even abandoned tomorrow if elected officials who do not share those priorities gain power. That political reality makes the sportsmen’s vote particularly consequential in this election and in every election to come.

For sportsmen, casting a ballot is often only part of the responsibility. Hunting issues are hardly immune from political battles, misinformation campaigns, and money influence that have come to define modern elections. Competing interests are often investing significant resources to shape, or even decimate, the future of hunting policy.

Equally deserving of scrutiny are candidates and organizations that present themselves as advocates for sportsmen and conservation while supporting policies or political campaigns that undermined those exact interests. It is important that hunters look beyond slogans, blaze orange photo opportunities, and even organizations with hunting-friendly names to examine who is funding campaigns and whether policy organizations actually support hunting and Second Amendment rights. The consequences of an uninformed vote are sometimes impossible to undo.

The 2026 midterm elections will ultimately help determine the direction of federal and state policies affecting hunters for years to come. Congressional control and state legislative majorities can all influence the laws and relationships that govern firearm ownership, public land access, conservation, and hunting opportunities.

American hunters and sportsmen have helped build one of the most successful wildlife conservation systems in the history of the world through license purchases, excise taxes, volunteer efforts, and generations of responsible stewardship. The strength of America’s hunting and outdoor community has long rested on a shared commitment to conservation along with responsible firearm ownership and a commitment to passing outdoor traditions to the next generation.

That same sense of responsibility must also extend to choices made at the ballot box. As the Oregon ballot initiative we covered this year illustrates, we are well beyond the point at which anyone can plausibly assume hunting is a safe harbor in the gun control debate or culture wars. Vote like your sporting heritage depends on it, because it surely does.

The Gang at Kounts signing mags. From the Left, the Photog, Felicia Morgan, the lovely Sabina, Shannon the bike builder and TV celeb, and finally Penny, our magnificent Advertising Director.

WHAT’S NEXT?–

We are going to kick off a wild and fun Subscription Sweeps in the next week or so. Roy Martin of Roy’s Toys in Denver is going to build it, and it’s going to be a classic. I just received a call. I need to make it absolutely clear… Every subscriber is automatically entered. I spoke to Mike Wolf from American Pickers. He’s excited about making a movie or a TV series around the Easyriders Story.

I spoke to the Mayor of Sturgis and about notions to keep the motorcycling vibe alive year around. I need to work on that over the weekend, I hope. I need to work on the Salt Torpedo and a couple of projects in the shop. Check out our new stickers.

Speaking of Movie, Mike Jones wants to make a movie about Dave Zien who rode a Harley for a million miles. He wants to call it the Million Mile Man. Dave is an amazing human being. He hit two deer and the second one destroyed one leg. Now he has over 320,000 miles on a Harley Trike. Hang on. He never stops. I need to call him this weekend.

Keep the faith. Buy lots of ammo and be vigilant.

And of course, ride fast and free forever!
