BANDIT’S CANTINA VAST AND UNRELENTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By Joining the Cantina:
I agree to the terms and conditions that my card will be charged a fee for the specified membership option chosen above. This charge will be applied each quarter, at the beginning of my billing cycle, until I have canceled my membership. Robintek (the vast and all powerful Bikernet web master) reserves the right to monitor computer IP addresses to ensure appropriate usage of my account. By accepting this agreement, I also agree that I will not share my User Name and password with others.
General terms.
Your use of Bandit’s Cantina is subject to the conditions and qualifications described below. By submitting this form, you agree to accept these conditions and qualifications.
As part of the registration process you will give us certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. Robin Technologies, Inc. ("Robintek") will issue your password and a User ID via E-mail. As a subscriber you must agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement to receive your password and User ID. Your password and User ID entitle you to an individual subscription to Bandit’s Cantina. The following registration requirement must be observed: You may not share, transfer, or give out your password and User ID to any other person; your subscription is for your private, individual use only. Robintek monitors User ID logins and IP addresses, and may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the web site due to suspicious account activity.
The information, documents, and materials on Bikernet.com ("the content") are subject to change without notice.
Copyrights.
With the exception of any public domain materials which may be incorporated into this site, all contents including text, graphics, icons, and the overall appearance of this site are the exclusive property of 5-Ball Inc. and Bikernet.com of Los Angeles, California. 5-Ball Inc. reserves all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. This site is protected as both individual works and as a compilation.
Bikernet permits you to view, print, and copy documents from Bandit’s Cantina solely for your personal, noncommercial, and informational purposes. You may not resell, republish, or retransmit (by use of frame or otherwise) any portion of this site or the contents without the prior written consent of 5-Ball Inc. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. 5-Ball, Inc. reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
Fees and payments.
Bikernet reserves the right to charge fees for access to any of its online publications including Bandit’s Cantina. In no event will you be charged for access to any of these publications, including Bandit’s Cantina, unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the time of registration at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to the use of our site through your account.
Termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by communicating with Bikernet at info@bikernet.com. Upon notification, your access will be updated to not automatically renew. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time the account is terminated. Exercising its sole discretion, Bikernet may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the web site for any reason without limitation, breach, or assignment of this Agreement.
