AN UNINTENTIONAL PILGRIMAGE (bikernet.com) A group of us going on a ride to deliver a Time Capsule in Clarksdale With a couple of stops on the way to meet up with others and then having a wedding cause it was time to do it.
The first year was so good everyone wanted to do it again. Well, this year was even bigger and even before it was over plans were being made for 2025. More details on that as they get worked out.
Robby Calling ?The story is that Berry Wardlaw and Robby Defazio were having a late-night phone conversation and part of it was about the movie Rough Boys and getting people that were in it and or involved with it to get together and have a party.

Since people would be coming in from all over the country, they made their own plans on how to get to where they wanted to meet up with others.

Gas Stops Take How Long?
Berry Wardlaw would lead a group out of his shop Accurate Engineering in Dothan Alabama and head to Muscle Shoals Alabama. Some of the people from other parts of the country would meet us there.
While In Muscle Shoals we had a tour of FAME STUDIO. the well-known recording studio where so many in the music industry got a start.
While in town some also stopped at 3614 Jackson Highway.

Berry and RogueThere is always a ceremony, and this year Berry introduced some people to the audience with information about them, they were Benny Turner, Charlie Musslewhite, Kelly Modlin and myself.

Party Down TownThere was partying going on in the stage area, the various lodgings and in town.
Some were organized for our group and others; people were free to roam around and have fun and a lot of that happened.
BIG BOY BERRY was VERY POPULAR
It is no surprise that this event is so popular and that it will continue to grow. Plans are already being made for 2025. The date will May 22-25 in Clarksdale.
Berry will be riding out of Accurate Engineering on May 19th 2025 heading to Memphis.
There will be some fun stuff in Memphis on May 20-21 which is still in the organization stages and more information will be made available as it comes together.
Sometime on the 21st a group will ride the Blues Highway, Highway 61 to the Shack Up Inn.
Other groups will be coming from other parts of the country and that information will also be made available as it comes together.
All Are Welcome To Join In Where Ever They Want. This Is A Zero Pressure, Mostly Unorganized Gathering With The Greatest People On A Honorable Quest.
