This is the biggest Rip Off bike shop myself and others have ever dealt with. Be sure and grab your ankles when you meet Dean the owner. It should be against the law to even have American in the name of this shop. Dean will tell you " yes I'll have you done in a week" and a month later with enough phone calls you may get what's left of your bike back. Certified power commander dyno service... When he dynoed mine I had to call back to even get my bogus dyno print out and this was after I rode it a whopping 7 miles before it blew the bottom end out and dumped all the oil out the breather. He claims he test rode it ... that our they used it for errands etc it had 46 miles extra on the clock when I picked it up.Met a guy in Bristol Tenn. at the AHDRA and he was telling me that they hadn't even worked on his bike and he was told to pick it up on a Tuesday yet it had over a hundred miles added to the clock. Dean will tell you I didn't do anything to your ride that would cause that but seed me your power commander and I'll refund your money or I'll send you the money and you mail it to me . Will after getting to know Dean I chose the later and after a year and 3 months "Dean I'm still waiting for that check" I know that this is the tip of the iceberg on this shop and look forward to hearing other horror stories. The guy at the counter I hate to say seems to be a pretty good dude but he is either in on or in the dark on Deans ways or just doing what the boss tells him. Screw American made cycles
