This shop specializes in service rip-offs. Don't leave your bike without getting a detailed service order demanding that you get a call before they perform anything other than what you ask for. I dropped off my 1998 FLHRCI for winter storage and asked them to install chrome oil lines. What a mistake!! They screwed up removing the stock lines and then called to let me know I owed them for 6 ADDED hours of labor. That's 6 on top of the original estimate of 2. I gave them an earfull and Claude, the lame GM agreed to cut it to 4. So now I'm only out $300 more than I should be. Steer Clear, and that's just the service piece. You should hear the stories about the sales dept. They load up a bike with thousands of dollars of chrome and then sell a new bike at list PLUS full retail for all the extra junk they added. No discounts!! One word here ... RUN!!
