New JIMS Stroker Kits
With over 30 years of experience making crank pins and engine shafts, it's only natural for MJIMS to eventually make flywheels and rods. JIMS flywheels and Rods are manufactured from aerospace quality steel, machined on hi-tech mills, and feature a machined in windage groove with angled counterweight for better scavaging out of the crank case. Thes new rods are manufactured from solid chromemoly steel with a proven "H" beam design, and to insure quality, each componenmt is checked in our inspection department on state-of-the-art measuring equipment. Flywheels and rods are sold as a complete assembly with JE pistons and hastings rings or separately. These kits are supplied trued and balanced at 60 degrees ready to install. Oversize pistons are available. JIMS products are only available at fine motorcycle dealers and distributors worldwide.

JIMS complete 6-speed transmissions
Transmission comes complete, just like JIMS 5-speed, with billet top and side cover and a choice of clean cut or pro cut, full width aerospace quality forged steel gears featuring a close ration first gear. Also included is the JIMS chrome 7075-T651 heat treated billet trap door. This six speed will drop 475 rpms to reduce vibration at highway speeds.

JIMS 6-SPEED Super Kits
JIMS 6-Speed Super Kits, are just like the famous JIMS 5-speed kits. The come assembled and ready to slip into your existing 5-speed case, with only a slight clearance modification required. No modification required with JIMS new FXST case. You can get a choice of Pro cut, full width aerospace quality and the kit come bolted to JIMS Chrome 7075-T651 heat treated billet trap door.
JIMS Pro-Builder Kits
JIMS Pro Builder KIt is all you need to convert your 5-speed gear box and utkilizing some of your existing 5-speed gears and components. (1990 must use a Super Kit). This is the most economical way to have a JIMS 6-speed transmission with all the features.
