When Darwin Motorcycles, manufacturer of Brass Balls Bobbers, decided to enhance the look and performance of their machines with dyno-tuned exhausts they looked South to Ft. Worth, Texas at D&D Performance Enterprises.

The Oklahoma City, OK manufacturer was introduced to D&D through reading about the exhaust system built for the “World’s Fastest Panhead” raced by Bikernet and the 5 Ball Racing team. Later, Bandit talked to both Dar Holdsworth of Brass Balls Bobbers and Dave Rash, The Pope of Pipe, at D&D about each firm’s capabilities. And the stage was set for collaboration.

D&D created a standardized set of header pipes for all of the Bobbers that run the Crazy Horse V-Plus Engine and Harley EVO. Then the Brass Balls Bobbers’ client can select from the 3 unique muffler styles.

D&D is known for their performance-oriented exhaust systems that comply with sound and "EPA" emissions. Brass Balls Bobbers developed three styles of 2 into1 performance pipes, which includes a "fat slash cut", a "reverse megaphone", and a "sport canister" muffler.
