The party location was cool overlooking the beach, but Tiger's was something else. Tiger had a few brothers over from his club "Worldwide". He started his tour by showing us the bike he rides now, a custom, hopped-up V-rod. Deacon pulled us toward his long open carport, and we couldn't believe our eyes. Rows of old bikes, benches cluttered with new and used parts, all rotting in various stages of disintegration in the heat and briny humidity. Shovels, Pans, and Choppers rusted from stem to stern. One bike in particular had Deacon's attention. It was an old Local Boy, part Pan and Shovel. He was serious, as he asked Tiger if he could restore it, free of charge. Tiger, the 83-year-old wrinkled rider, just scoffed at him. I can hardly describe what we saw that day, so I'll let the images speak for themselves. Jose, well, he was hyperventilating.
