RMD Billet has been very busy this past year improving its product offerings and making high-end, custom billet components. They will be launching several new products in Cincinnati, including 3-piece billet wheels, 3-inch open belt drives for Big Dogs, an aluminum girder front-end, modular handgrips and aluminum perimeter brake rotors.

RMD Billet is now offering its signature, 3-piece wheels with matching pulleys and rotors to replace OEM components on most Big Dog Motorcycles. They are also offering a 3-inch, open belt drive to replace the stock, enclosed primary on all Big Dog Motrocycles. These new components will enhance any Big Dog, making it look more like a one-off custom.

RMD Billet has made several alliances this year, alliances that have paid off in groundbreaking products like the SG2800, girder front-end, a product that couples the simplistic girder idea with technologically advanced, extruded billet aluminum and a Penske shock. This girder front-end of tomorrow was designed over the course of a year by Leo DiOrio and provides superior performance and handling, in addition to being a modern design upgrade for any high-end custom bike. RMD Billet has also aligned themselves with Doug Keim, who has designed custom billet knurled hand grips in several combinations of color and end cap styles. These are truly a new way of looking at grips.

Sport bikes have utilized perimeter brakes for several years because they are lighter and more advanced than traditional, clunky steel brake rotors. RMD Billet has taken perimeter brakes a step further and created an aluminum perimeter rotor coated with ceramic, a design that provides exceptional stopping power when coupled with the RMD Billet brake caliper. These perimeter brake rotors can be easily mounted to any RMD Billet 3-Piece wheel, and the rear rotor can be mounted inboard to give the rear wheel a sanitary look.
