These heads will allow your Twin Cam to break the 100 horsepower mark with ease! This head is ideal for 95-103" conversions, with the flow rate and combustion chamber machining (91cc) designed for this engine size. After 5-axis machining, our Step-Lock guides are installed and the valve seats machined with our proprietary seat angles on Serdi equipment to accept oversize 1.900" / 1.630" stainless steel valves. After the full radius valve job is complete, the head gasket surface is decked .005" for flatness, PC Teflon seals installed with performance valve springs. We stock these heads on an exchange basis for all years, on the shelf and ready to go to minimize downtime.

Zipper's 2.00 heads

This is the finest modified, high flow factory Twin Cam head you're likely to find anywhere! Our High Output Twin Cam 2" heads are designed for larger displacement engines. Larger intake seats are installed to accommodate 2-inch intake valves.

Ports feature extensive CNC porting and the combustion chamber is unshrouded for increased intake flow and enlarged to 97cc. Stainless steel valves (2" intake, 1.630" exhaust), Step-Lock guides, TeflonŽ seals and high lift valve springs are installed after the seat work is finished on our Serdi equipment.

These heads are also machined for and include compression releases. Used on our Muscle 107", 117", 120" and 124" engine kits; must be used with oversize 1.880" O.D. intake manifold.
