We start at the heads with our CNC porting, high flow radius valve job, Step-Lock valve guides, oversize valves and performance springs. Forged pistons are precisely fitted to your cylinders, while Red Shift cams (gear or chain drive, your choice) and Pro-Taper pushrods upgrade the valve train.

A 50mm ThunderJet throttle body and manifold with Zipper’s Thunderbird air cleaner assembly ensures your engine can get the airflow it needs for the power it will make. The ThunderMax ECM can be added for engine management if desired (optional). Lets Your Chicken Rule The Roost!

Head porting and cylinder sizing are performed on your original CVO heads and cylinders, which you must provide. Timken® conversion for crankcases recommended. Allow 3 weeks turnaround time.
